Receptionist

Part-time Position

As a CleanerClean Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between clients, and administrative tasks, contributing to the overall success of our cleaning services.

Responsibilities :

  1. Inbound Calls: Answer inbound calls professionally, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, documentation, and provide exceptional service.

  2. Invoicing and Payments: Generate, process invoices accurately in a timely manner, and follow up on outstanding payments.

  3. Scheduling: Utilize scheduling tools to optimize time efficiency, schedule appointments, and avoid conflicts.

  4. Organization of Sales Pipeline CRM: Utilize GHL software to organize the sales pipeline, update relevant data day to day, ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, and improve pipeline efficiency.

Our Perfect Candidate

  • Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. ( Invoicing & Payments )

  • Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment.

  • Knowledge of cleaning services or related industry is a plus.

  • Ability to learn new software programs ( Fast learner)

  • Knowledgeable use of the CRM is a plus but not required
