We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crew Boss to lead and supervise our cleaning services team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of exterior cleaning procedures, and the ability to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. As a Crew Boss (CleanerClean), you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the cleaning operations, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the exterior cleaning industry, proven track record of successfully managing cleaning tasks, equipment, and solutions.
Drivers license: Possession of a valid driver's license, indicating a legal and responsible driving record.
Certifications (Good to Have):
Fall Protection Certificate: Demonstrating knowledge and training in safe practices related to working at heights.
Aerial Lift Certificate: Showcasing proficiency in the operation and safety protocols associated with aerial lift equipment.

Schedule: 4–10 hour shift from Monday–Thursday; weekends are available too.
